The Russians, in'addition to sparing the city to tho exposuro of a bombardment, left the electricity power-house and the waterworks, intact. They have only taken machinery, ammunition, arid stores directly useful to the enemy. There has been a great migration of Poles, Letts, and Russian Jews to* the interior, ' where they . will assist in gathering the magnificent harvest.
