PROPERTY SALE.

The New Zealand Farmers' Co-Op-erative Association, Ltd., and Mr H. A. Lloyd (in conjunction), to-day offered for sale a couple of Mayfield properties, on behalf of Mr G. H. Sowell. The first comprised 120 acres, adjoining Mr Henry Harper's, and the land is subdivided into three paddocks, with water in each and all sown down in grass. The lot was passed in at £8 10s per acre. The second one consisted of-308 acres, situated within half a mile of the Mayfield township.. The land is subdivided into six paddocks

with water in each, and 50 acres of the whole are ploughed for oats, the bal'a nee being in grass. The property was withdrawn at £11 10s per acre.
