LONDON, July 20

Sir Lewis Mitchell, a. South African, who has arrived in London, states that the authorities are busy organising an expeditionary force for service overseas. Men are coming in from all parts of the Union, mostly Africanders. A number who had been serving with the forces in German South-west Africa would not wait for the nation's contingent, but took the first ship and landed in England with Sir Lewis Mitchell. He did not think that General Botha would command tho contingent, though l)e might make a short visit to England. ,
