GERMAN REJOICING.
The German authorities hare ordered official rejoicing for the.events on tho -Eastern fronts. Buildings are beflagged. The Press asserts that Russian power will shortly be broken in the most gigantic battle in history. They sneeringly declare that there, will be no effort by England to redress the gituar tion, though England will endeavour to avert from herself the terrible fate threatening Russia. i
