LONDON, July 29. The "Petit Parisien " states that the supposed Turkish peace missioners to Switzerland deny that they were entrusted with a peace mission, and affirm that Constantinople can hold out for a long time. They admitted that tho veto on the transit of war material through Roumnnia had sorinusly inconvenienced Turkey, but said that'the loss had been mode up by local factories.
