DUNEDIN, July 31

Regarding cerebro-spinal meningitis, Dunedin experts are now able to say that while a lot of the illness the men are suffering from is clue to the germ of meningitis, it is actually causing meningitis in only a few cases, the developments in by far the larger number of cases leading to attacks of a complaint similar to influenza. Observations in 25 cases examined resulted in the doctors finding that no fewer than 20 have evolved a kind of influenza, instead of meningitis.
