GERMANY'S POLICY.

FAMOUS JOURNALIST'S REVIEW

LONDON, July 28

Maxmilian Harden, the famous German journalist, makes a remarkable attack on the German colonial policy. He says that it constitutes a bitter warning to the German people, who should road the lessons of the past 15 years. They believed that if tho worst'came, Germany would assist them.
