AMSTERDAM, July 29

During a field servico in the Argonne. the Grown Prince addressed the troop:-; who stormed the heights on J\ily 13. He thanked them for the last success., which he said had brought great results, though accompanied by heavy losses. He added: "We are covering our comrades on the eastern battlefields, and, with God's help, we will continue to do so till it is possible to settle definitely with the French."
