The annual report of the Cricket Association shows that it started the year with a crodit of £2064, and finish.? Ed with a.credit of £1229.
The chairman.said that sport'had no claims whatever when the country called. He hoped that everybody would enlist where eligible, and, where ineligible, would devote themselves to drill in a proper way.
