ANTWERP CITIZENS PENALISED.

ROTTERDAM, July 27
General Bodenhausen, Military Governor of Antwerp, has fined the city £10,000 as a result of the patriotic demonstration on July 21. He has since imposed rigorous regulations on civilians, none of whom arc allowed to stand in the streets.
