APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS.

In accordance with the terms of tho Education Act, 1914, which provides that mmnbenj of the General Council of Education arc to be appointed by the Minister, he has now approved of the following appointments: — Thomas Reid Fleming, M.A., LL.B., under section 8 (c) of the Act.
