Last night ji nor'-west wind inad<> the air warmer, and it was rather mild this morning. There was four degrees of frost yesterday morning. ' ■ j\iv Bates's forecast to-day was as Inflows:—The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but westerly^ moderate to strong prevail- I ing. "Weather cloudy to overcast at times. The barometer is unsteady.
