The Piime Minister has received the following cable message from th© High Commissioner, dated London, April 23, 2 a.m.:—

The arrivals and sailings of steamships of all nationalities at and from United: Kingdom ports for the week ended the 21st were 1519. One merchant vessel and one trawler were sunk.
