GBANT ZEPPELINS. TO SIGNALISE THE KAISER'S BIRTHDAY. (Received January -26, 8.45 a.m.) BERNE, January 25. It is reported that several giant Zeppelins, each carrying one aeroplane and one waterplane, have left Freidrichshafen, bound for Belgium, intending to carry out an exploit in honour, of the Kaiser's birthday.
