PANAMA CANAL ZONE.

ENFORCEMENT OF NEUTRALITY,

WASHINGTON, December 16. President Wilson has agreed to the despatcli of warships to Panama to guard against a breach of neutrality in the Canal zone. Colonel Gfoethals explained that wireless is constantlyused within territorial waters, and the zone is also used as a base for supplies for the belligerents. The radia apparatus o none British collier already has been dismantled. The British Embassy explained that it is improbable that the British vessels understood the CYrnal rules on the subject of wireless. Britain did not object to the enforcement of the regulations. ,
