RECAPTURED.
LONDON, December 16. British warships . recaptured v the "steamer Exford, which was one of the vessels seized by tlie Emden. [It was reported from Colombo on October 30 that the Exford's captain and crow had been landed. They re* ported that the Emden took off 700U tons of steam coal, the captaan intimating that he intended to sink the Oxford.]
