This property is essentially a sheep property, there being no need for the plough to be used except perhaps for the purpose of growing a little oats for horse feed on some of the rich flats. It contains 12,700 ACRES, and is subdivided into 30 paddocks by splendid new fences. It is situated 30 miles from Wairoa on good motor car road. Every paddock is watered by permanent streams. Two small rivers flow through the property (well stocked with trout).
