THE GERMAN TRENCHES,
LONDON, October 11. The. correspondent of the "Journal dcs Debate" says: "I have seen German trenches choked with corpses frightfully mutilated. Further away several infantry regiments had been en-, tirelv destroyed, their bodies forming heaps three- feet high. This awful caxnace was caused by the French 75 millimetre guns.
