Messages from Amsterdam state that the Germans at Dinaiit shot M. Himmer, Vice-Consul for tlie Argentine, on his own doorstep, and also 20 of his workmen, although they were unarmed. The Argentine flag was thrown into the street. The public is incensed at the Argentine, Government's delay in obtaining satisfaction.
