The Admiralty announces that Commander Spencer Grey, with Lieutenants Sippe and Marix, dropped bombs from a height of GOO foot at DusseldorT. A great jet of gas flimie from a Zeppelin arose. The three officers are safe but their aeroplanes were lost;
