PETITION TO THE POWERS.
DURAZZO, May 29. The insurgents are petitioning the International Control Commission to restore Turkish rule, or,, alternatively, save them from the present Govern-, ment. They declare that they were fired upon when peaceably inarching to Durazzo to protest to the Prince against persecution by his officers.
