Eight degrees of frost was recorded by the terrestrial thermometer in the Domain last night. To-day the sky was much beclouded, and the conditions generally very raw. The Government Meteorologist's forecast to-day was as foll'pws:—The- indications ,are for, northerly winds, modem to to .strong, and ' veering by, north to wr-i, avid freshening: Espec't\ an unfavourable .change in the weather.
