WORLD'S MEAT PRODUCTION.
; LONDON, March 16. The future of.the world's meat production is regarded with anxiety in Britain owing to the United States becoming an importer. Three:fifths of Britain's requirements are produced at home, and the remainder are imported from Australasia and South America. Stock-breeders anticipate prolonged high prices.
