MONROE-NANTUCKET COLLISION

NEW, YORK, March 16.
An investigation resulted in divided opinion concerning the charge against Captain Berry in connection with the Monroe-Nantucket collision. One inj vestigator exonerated Berry and blamed • Johnson, ■■ captain of th c Nantueket, while another found Berry guilty and recommended that his license be revoked. The matter has been referred to the Department of Commerce for final adjudication. '
