VEDRINES RETURNS TO PARIS.
ISSUES A CHALLENGE FOR A ■DUEL. I ' (Per Press Association—Cop-yright). (Received February 16, 9 a.m.) PARIS, February 15. Vedrines, the aviator, has returned, and has challenged M. Quinton, president of the French Aerial League, to a duel Avith Service revolvers, at 10 paces. He declares that after the incident cabled on January 7 one must be wiped out. Meanwhile, Vedrines has announced his candidature for Parliament.
