GREENSTREET.
| Sunday School Concert. A very successful concert/was, held in the.Greenstreet School'on : Thursday evening last. in connection with the" Sunday School. Notwithstanding the wet night the was packed. Mr' N. Rodgers occupied the chair, and [ items were-'given-by Mrs R. Fnzzelle, Miss Wishart, Messrs -H-.VJ. Chapman and Rodgers. The Rev. C. F. Saunders gave an instructive address on Sunday scliools, Mr Mclntyre played a bagpipe solo, and five items were given by the school 'children, who had been trained by Miss Barton. The superintendent (Mr Mcllroy) read a very satisfactory report for the past year. The credit balance in the Building Society was stated to be £10 14s sd, and it was announced that £2 is to, be donated this year to foreign missions. After refreshments had been handed round the meeting closed with a heart vote of thanks to the performers, and also to Miss Barton and Mrs Watson.
