LONDON, December 15. Mr James Bryce, speaking at the ] Liberal Club, said he did not find either Australia or New Zealand advocating separation from the Mother Country. It would' mark a decline if tho British example of uniting liberty and order were ever to suffer at Britain's^ hands t Everywhere he , had travelled ho found the colonies had taken England as their model.
