IMPERIAL COMMITTEE'S PLANS.
LONDON, December 16. Lord Desborough, President of the Imperial Air Fleet Committee, is appealing to the public for £1000 to enable the committee to carry out its original plan of drawing the Empire's attention to the imperative need of aerial defence, and to provide further complementary first units of Imperial air fleet defence in oversea Domin- 1 ions. .
