I KING'S RECORD is a stylish big i horse standing close, on 18 hands, full of quality, fine flat bones, grand feet 1 and pasterns, and a capital close mover. He is choicely bred and is directly descended from the best breding strains of blood, having a double cross of Darnley and Prince of Wales blood. His Sire, "King's Champion," is the wellknown Blackhall Stud Horse and has Droved himself an extra good breeding horse and won several . prizas in the Show-yard, including the Highland. "KING'S RECORD 1' won Ist and Championship at the Marlborough Show in 1911 and 1912 and 2nd at Palmerston North, 1912, for the North Island Championship. He haß proved himself a sure foal getter.
