JUDGE'S COMMENT ON CROWN'S ACTION.
LARKIN TO BE EVICTED
(Received December 16, 12.5 p.m.) LONDON, December 15. Judge Kenny, at Dublin, strongly criticised the action of ■ the Crown in entering a nolle prosequi in further seditious and conspiracy charges against Larkin and his colleagues. He declared that the action was unfair toj 1 both the community and accused.
A Dublin magistrate has issued an eviction order against Larkin,.who lias not paid rent for his dwelling since AllgUSt. 1 -';' ■- '■. .?" '■;
