(deceived December 13, 9.25 a.m ) WASHINGTON, 'December i. The national prohibition debate caused an extraordinary scene in the House of Representatives. Champions of prohibition packed the galleries and cheered and shouted as Mr Hobson pleaded for the adoption' of a resolution making prohibition ai part of the American Constitution. He attacked Senator Underwood with whom he has an acute personal rivalry for a Senatorial position. The spectators saw the point and shouted louder, than ever. ■ V The chairman admonished the spectators, but a voice shouted.: "We're American citizens." The debate was adjourned.
