HIGH COMMISSIONER'S COMPLAINT.
The Hon. T. Mackenzie, in an interview on the Dominion's naval policy, stated that on more than one occasion the oversea High Commissioners had failed to obtain admission to the strangers' gallery of the House of Commons during important debates. He argues that the overseas official repre-sentatives-should at least have as good a position-as foreign ambassadors have.
