(Received October 16,-. 10:10 a.m.) -LONDON, .October- lo: The Harwich boat train from- the Central Station at Liverpool collided with tho express for Warrington, which was standing outside St. James's Sta-> tion, Liverpool.

The last coach was smashed, and twoor three carriagesl telescoped. Seven bodies have been extricated". Eighteen persons were severely injuredThe accident is attributed to a passenger on the first train pulling the " cord in the tunnel and the steam obscuring the signals for the- oncomingtrain.
