NAVAL POLICY.

AUCKLAND GETTING ANXSOUS.

(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, October 14. The chairman, of the Harbour Board, Mr J. H. Gunson, stated to-day that the Board was becoming concerned as to the naval arrangements for the Dominion. No definite information as to policy had been received; and, as the question was one vitally affecting Auckland, thought the Board was justified in pushing the matter. Important proposals had been submitted to the Government, and the Board hoped that the scheme it had propounded would be seriously considered. '
