The usual Saturday sales of stock and produce conducted by the New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Association, Ltd.,' and Mr Henry Stephenson were well attended, and the following sales' were made:— _ ■ j Poultry—Hens from 2s to 3s ?4d per pair, pullets from 4s 9d, roosters - from 3s 6d to 5s Id,.ducks, from "ss, turkey hens 6s.

Produce—Cababges from l^d to 3d each, leeks from 6d bundle, caßbage plants 6d per bundle, potatoes from 5s 6d to 8s sack, onions Id per lb, carrots 3s, wheat from 9s to 12s 6d per sack, crushed oats 7s per sack, oatsheaf chaff 3s per sack, apples 2£d per lb. Meat—Mutton 3d per ,Ib, lamb 3-Jd lb, bacon 9d per lb. Cows (springing) £8 each, cow (in 'full profit) £3 2s 6d.
