At a representative meeting of citizens in the Town Hall, Lord Chelmsford , presiding; it was resolved, on the motion of the Premier (Mr McGow^n), to establish in Sydney a permanent memorial to General Booth. (Received November 13, D a.m.) SYDNEY. November 13. The Booth memorial will be a homo for r.eedy working men, accommodating 700, and costing £20,000. '
