'■;.., HOBART, November ■•■IS-"''" There are rumours .that the miners at Mount Lyell contemplate a strike, by way of protest against being suspected of intended incendiarism, owing to the discovery of cotton wasto in the 600 ft. levei. The management stato that they havo heard nothing of any intention to strike. All they desire is to have the- presence of cotton waste in such place explained.
