(Per Press Association—Copyright.) CAIRO, April 9. Edhem Pasha has arrived here wounded. He hopes to return to Tripoli shortly. Meanwhile' Nazini Bey is commanding. Edhem Pasha states that two hundred thousand Arabs are assisting ten thousand Turks. The Arabs are fired \ with implacable reVenge against the Italians, consequently few prisoners are taken. The Italian position at Tobriik is difficult, owing to the poisoning of the artesian wells.
