SYNDICALIST AGITATION.
The Aldershot handbill was a reprint from the first ; number of a monthly iournal, "The Syndicalist," published as a successor to Mr Tom .Mann's, pamphlets on syndicalism. The new journal's object is to prepare the way as rapidly as possible for a general strike o£: international proportions. It fixes on 1913 as a trade boom year to effectively resist the encroachments of capitalists.
