ENTERTAINMENTS.

YOUNG MEN'S CATHOLIC CLUB. _Tho usual meeting of the Young Men's' Catholic Club was held last evening. There was a fair-attendance, and M r M. J. Burgess (president) presided. After routine business had been transacted, the programme, which took the form of an "editor's questionbox, ' was proceeded with. Most of the questions were of interest, and two—should the Government continue to assist the dairying industry, and a question asking for an explanation of the present universal unrest—formed the ground for protracted debates, which were spiritedly participated in by most oi: the members present, and it was resolved to discuss these questions on a future occasion. The meeting terminated in the usual manner.
