A course of matrimony has been in- 1 eluded in the curriculum of the Gardens Agricultural High School, Ixxs ! Angeles. Five classes of girls are daily talking advantage of instruction in\ ' courtship, matrimony, the care of babies, mother-craft and domestic science. It is planned that hoys in Los Angeles shall bo permitted to take the course next year, but some doubt is expressed about the need of this. It is urged that "the female of the species" will be so adept in the matter of courtship and marriage by the end of the year that she will have very little difficulty in imparting her knowledge to the less deadly male.
