TEHERAN, Deoernber 24. The Russians occupied all the Government offices at Ta,briz, and ■ their artillery demolished many ; private buildings. Fifty Persians were killed, but the operations continue. ST.,PETERSBURG, December 24. Messages state, that Persians fired on the Russians from the roofs of Tabriz, and that the bodies of the Russians were horribly mutilated. ST. PETERSBURG, December 25. After a Ministerial consultation, the Viceroy of the Caueatisus was ordered to send the largest possible reinforcement to Tabriz. TEHERAN, December 24. The Government has informed tho provincial authorities of the termination of the conflict, with Russia, and j has given instructions rto stop all hostilities. TEHERAN, December 25, At the instance of/the Cabinet the Regent dissolved the Mejliss, .and the Cabinet has unconditionally yielded to the Russian ultimatum. . The Governor of Tabriz estimates that the Russians killed 500 Persians.- i
