TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—As wo are 1 having a second ballot here-, would you kindly allow me space in your valuable columns to ask Messrs Nosworthy and Kennedy what attitude each would take up in' Parliament if the Ne Temere decree comes vp for discussion, and if ho will be i" favour of legislation which will milniy the effect of that decree. It might bo pointed out that Germany and Austin are not subject-tec it, owing to the firm stand taken up. by those count^s <xv its pronmlagation.
