BOMBS IN THE BALKANS.
ASCRIBED TO ITALIANS. CONSTANTINOPLE, December 7. During a riot that took place after the outrage at Ishtib, 14 Bulgarians we're killed and 157 .wourifled. The Turks ascribe the bomb outrages' to Italian instigation. _ The Government is taking energetic precautions to prevent an, anti-Christian rising. The outrages are more serious than was reported. An infernal machine, weighing 45 pounds, unexploded, was found among the wreckage of the Akihdjah tram.
