Thirteen degrees of frost were registered for Sunday night, and 6£ degrees for Saturday night. Mr Bates's forecast for to-day is as follows: Moderate to strong southerly winds. Weather probably ,cool and. changeable, and probably a cold night* Glass rise slowly.
