Sergeant Fouhy concluded an appropriate speech by congratulating Constable O'Grady on his promotion, and wishing him the fullest measure of success in his future career. In responding, Constable O'Grady thanked Sergeant Fouhy and the staff for their gifts, which he said he would value very highly.
