■ ■■ »i — During the last five months New Zealand has exported 87,248 bales of wool, which is 16,864 bales more than the quantity exported m the corresponding five months of 1909. The quantity sent out of the dominion ouriiij.s November formed a big percentage of the total for the five months, the figures being 58,888 bales. In tho five months there were increases at all ports except Oamaru, Timaru, "Wanganui, Waitara and Auckland. The bulk of tho increase was made at Wellington, where 24,974 bales were shipped. In the 1909 period 31,569 bales were sent from Wellington, which quantity compares unfavourably with even this season's November shipment, which alone totalled 20,568 bales. Napier, too, sent away more m its recent November shipment than it did m the five months' period of 1909. The November exports were: Invercargill, 322 bales; Dunedin, 377 ; Timaru, 438; Christchurch, 8253 ; Blenheim, 1060 ; Wellington, 20,568 ; Wanganui, 142; Napier, 16,528 ; Gisborne, 8277; and Auckland, 2923.
