BIBLE CLASS SUMMER CONFERENCE.

The annual Bible Class Summer Conference, under the auspices of the New Zealand Presbyterian Young Men's Bible Class Union and Young Women's Bible Class Union, which is to be held at Ashburton this. year, will open on Tuesday evening, December 28th, and closing on January 4th. , It is expected the number of girls present will be at least 200, and possibly 300. -The Outlook, in recommending the Conference to Bible-class girls, says that those who attend "will discover possibilities in the B.C. .Movement that they never dreamed of, will hear addresses from men and women on subjects of the greatest possible interest to them, and will receive a spiritual stimulous and a mental quickening that will help them for many days to come. There will be picnics and sports and basket-ball and tennis matches, too, and plenty of bright sunshine, for Canterbury weather always behaves well when there are visitors about. Miss Macgregor, of Masterton, will again be # "camp mother," and Mrs Mackenzie and Sister Miriam, of Christchurch, Sister Evelyn and Sister Margaret, of Dunedin, and Miss Baxter, of Nelson Gfrls' College,' and several other leaders, will be in camp, too. Ashburton Presbyterians are doing their utmost fo make the best possible arrangements for the comfort and convenience of the visitors, and they are expecting this to be a record conference from point of view of numbers."
