The Admiralty, the War Office, and 1 the Board of Trade are represented on, the Council of the Aerial League on the Empire. ', ' " * Viscount Esher is president 1 of the Council, which includes Capt. Collina (Australia) and Mr Hall-Jones. Colonel Massey, the founder of the League, remarked that his ideal had been to attract all who were anxious to study the altered conditions of Imperial-defence from the standpoint of the' requirements of the new science.
