Per Press Association—Copyright. Received June 24, 8.80 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, June 23. Turkey is issuing, a £4,282,840 loan at 4 per cent, minimum 89$, m London, Paris, Berlin and Turkey. It will be secured chiefly by the Customs at Constantinople, Smyrna, Salonika, Beyrout, Adrianople and Broussa. ' -
